The Process

Submit your inquiry
Get started on your custom RIMM jewelry journey by completing the Custom Inquiry Form. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will schedule a virtual consultation with Chloe to go further into the details of what you are looking to create and discuss metal options and your budget.

Design Concept
In this stage, Chloe will establish the initial design guidelines of your piece and curate a stone selection, if applicable to your project. Once a design concept has been decided upon, these details will be incorporated into a formal proposal. Signing the proposal means you are committing to your stone of choice and to Chloe designing your one-of-a-kind RIMM piece.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of custom pieces, all orders are final

Development
Now we get to the fun part. In this step, the design concept you’ve established with Chloe is converted into 3D renderings. This makes your dream piece that much more tangible. Necessary modifications will be made to the rendering until the design meets your satisfaction. You may request to view a physical wax model of the piece before proceeding to the final step.
Please keep in mind this process may take 2-4 weeks

Fabrication & Delivery
Your piece will be crafted by master jewelers in New York City. Once your piece is complete and passes quality control, we will ship to you fully insured via FedEx or UPS.
