Order Processing
All RIMM collection jewelry is made to order and has a typical lead time of 3-5 weeks. All orders are processed within 2 business days. If you need your order sooner to meet a particular deadline, please get in touch with us as soon as you can to determine whether a rush order is possible.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed.
Shipping
We utilize UPS for all of our shipping and handling. We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders. All other UPS shipping options, such as Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, are calculated at the market rate. Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options through UPS are offered at checkout.
Once shipped, RIMM is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our client experience team here.
CANCEL ORDER: Contact us immediately to cancel an order that you no longer want to proceed with. Please keep in mind that we do our best to get orders into production as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a fee depending on how quickly you request the cancellation.
