Repairs & Warranty

We offer a six month warranty on all RIMM pieces which will cover the cost of any damages that are a result of manufacturing. If, however, your pieces are noticeably damaged, bent or show improper care that is not a result of a manufacturing defect, repairs will be performed at cost. Outside of warranty, RIMM will perform repairs for a fee. Please note, if any jeweler other than RIMM makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry within the first 6-months, the warranty will be voided. We are happy to make minor adjustments to your jewelry, including resizing, for an additional fee. All first RIMM ring resizing, within one size up or down, is complimentary.

All shipments sent to RIMM require prior authorization. Shipments sent without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. RIMM does not cover shipping costs. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure that your shipment is protected and determine your best shipping option.
