Returns & Exchanges

All RIMM collection pieces are made to order. Please take careful consideration of this before placing your order, especially in the case of our rings which are crafted to the specific finger size you request.

All eligible purchases can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of receiving your jewelry. If you’d like to return your piece for money back, a 20% restocking fee will be issued upon inspection of the returned piece. Jewelry must be in its new condition in the original packaging. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the sender. Please complete the Return Request Form and we will be with you shortly.

If you’d like to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Please keep in mind that we do our best to get orders into production as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a fee depending on how quickly you request the cancellation.

Custom

Custom creations or any piece that has been altered (resized or customized) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. A 50% deposit is required to begin production on a custom RIMM piece. Final payment is due within seven days of notification that the piece is complete. Final payments received after seven days will be subject to a 5% late fee of the total cost of the ring. Please reference custom to learn about the process.
